Shipping policy

At S.W. Home, we thoughtfully coordinate the delivery of your order to ensure every item arrives with care. Please review the following details regarding our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Information

Depending on the items in your order, your pieces may arrive separately and through different carriers or delivery services. Each product has a unique lead time, which is listed on its respective product page. Please note that all lead times are estimates and are subject to change.

Once an item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, including carrier information and transit updates.


Delivery Information

Below is a breakdown of the delivery methods based on the item category in your order:

Small Parcels & Décor Pieces

These items ship from our Zionsville warehouse and will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Smaller Furnishings

Items such as nightstands, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, poufs, ottomans, lounge chairs, table lamps, floor lamps, and select large lighting fixtures will be delivered to your doorstep or driveway. Assembly is not included.

Larger Furnishings

Items including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables will be delivered by a local delivery agent. The agent will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time within their operating hours.


Please Note

  • A signature is required at the time of delivery for larger furnishings.

  • Ensure a clear path for entry and adequate space for the delivery team to bring your piece indoors.

  • Not all deliveries include full assembly, packaging removal, or white-glove service.

  • Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address provided at checkout.
